Vishal is a happy man now. His ‚ÄòMalaikottai‚Äô has witnessed a good run at the box office and his next ‚ÄòSathyam‚Äô is fast shaping up. Addressing media persons in Chennai on Wednesday, Vishal expressed his thanks to his fans and well-wishers who contributed for the success of ‚ÄòMalaikottai‚Äô. ‚ÄúIt was a commercial cocktail and the audience immediately liked the way in which the movie was presented‚Äù, Vishal said. Asked whether Vishal was imitating Vijay, the tall, dark and handsome hero, said, ‚ÄúNo. I don’t imitate him. But I would love to see my films run like his movies‚Äù. On his forthcoming release ‚ÄòSathyam‚Äô, Vishal said, ‚ÄúIt is an action film and I play an encounter cop in it. It is not a routine cop film. It is a different film sure to appease my fans‚Äù. ‚ÄòSathyam‚Äô, directed by R D Rajasekar, features Nayantara opposite him. Harris Jayaraj scores the music.
