Shriya Saran, (born 11th September 1982) is an actress in the Tamil and Telugu film industries. She is known for her glamorous and beautiful roles in movies.Shriya Saran was born as second child to Neeraja and Pushpendra Saran. Shriya Saran is from Dehradun. She was brought up in Ranipur, a small town in north India, a few miles from the holy city of Haridwar. She has an elder brother Abhiroop, who recently got married. She has completed her schooling from DPS (Delhi Public School). She has done B.A. (Literature) from Lady Sri Ram College(LSR).

After the film Sivaji Shriya is yet to give hits under her name. She is a glam doll with excellent acting and dancing ability. The talented actress acted in almost major languages in India. She is busy in schedule but the craze when she created in the film Sivaji is yet to make again. Shriya’s current project will earn her image again because in the film Kanthaswamy she has got a good role to perform.
