Director Sasi Kumar who is more curious about the film’s release that will decide his future in Kollywood among the masses and he has already worked with versatile directors like Bala and Ameer.

Subramaniapuram tells us the tale of 5 youngsters who are well educated yet unemployed. Their great bond of friendship is disturbed when a girl enters into their lives. Do they keep up their friendship or else turn against each other forms crux of the story. The story is set at the backdrops of 1980s in Madurai and cinematographer Kathir has canned all the shots depicting Madurai in different color.

the wall poster makes me to feel like I am in 80s … in my college days… growing hair and mustache— ……. the five people in that poster resembles like “DALTON BROTHERS” of lucky look comics…. Is that correct Mr . sasikumar…..?
