Tamil cinematographer and director Jeeva died in Moscow on Tuesday following a cardiac arrest. He was 43.

According to family sources, Jeeva was shooting for a Tamil film Dhaam Dhoom starring Jeyam Ravi and Kangana Raut in the Russian capital.

He passed away at 3 am, the sources said.

Jeeva started off as a camera assistant and turned cinematographer later. He worked with Tamil film director Shankar in blockbusters like Gentleman , Kadhalan and Indian .

He has also worked in Bollywood films–’Hul Chul,’ ‘Bhaagban,’ and ‘Hera Pheri’. Jeeva turned director with 12B and Ullam Ketkume , which got rave reviews while his recent release ‘Unnale Unnale’ was a hit.

His body is expected to be brought back to the city tomorrow for the final rites, the sources said.
He is survived by wife, who is a costume designer and three children.

As part of the birthday bash, Vijay TV has planned for a publicity vehicle adorned with life size cutouts of the star, performances of look-alikes and celebrity visits.

Who is the fourth finalist on Airtel Super Singer Junior?

Airtel Super Singer Junior, the reality show that is creating waves not only among kids but the elders alike. The three finalists chosen by the judges Chitra and Usha Uthup are eagerly waiting to know who will be their fourth competitor.

The six wild card contestants put up their best performance in the wild card round which was witnessed by playback singers Anuradha Sriram and Srinivas. The viewers were given the choice to vote for their favorite kid and give the well deserved junior; an opportunity to get back into the competition.

The six contestants Balasarangan, Roshan, Deepthi Suresh, Abarna, Vidyalakshmi, Dhanyashree await the decision that will give them a golden chance to enter the finals. The votes are in and the result is…

Well, to announce the most awaited result here comes, the famous playback singer Unni Krishnan who had already played the role of a judge in the previously held Airtel Super Singer.
